1. Complete Intake Forms
The first step will be to access the intake forms through your account in my app to be filled out at your earliest convenience. You will also be asked to log in the app everything you are eating and drinking for three days.
2. Get Started with Proper Fuel
Based on your food logs, health history, age, and body composition goals – we get started immediately with proper macronutrient balance. You will receive clear and comprehensive education and meal plans that will include when to eat, what to eat, based on how much protein, carbohydrates and fats are needed. We work closely together with weekly check-ins to be sure that you are able to reach your targets with your life schedule. We focus heavily on this for
about four weeks.
3. Results and Recommendations
Since every body is unique, at the end of four weeks, we assess how your body has responded to the recommendations. Based on the results your progress, I will fine tune the protocol to include dietary changes, supplements as needed.
4. Continued Support
From here on, we continue to meet every week and make changes to the protocol at regular intervals as needed. During our time together I may recommend any additional healing modalities to maximize results. You will have clarity on what needs to be done and WHY.
5. Final Sessions
During our final month of working together, we will reassess symptoms, and evaluate room for further improvement. Emphasis will be placed on how you can continue supporting yourself far beyond our time together. Remember, the road to health is a lifelong journey, and doesn’t end with our coaching relationship! Personal recommendations for health maintenance are given at this time. Pricing for these can be discussed as needed.
