What is EFT?


EFT is a mind-body technique that combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with spoken words. Rooted in the principles of Chinese medicine and modern psychology, this practice calms the stress response, rewires old emotional patterns, and helps restore a sense of inner balance.

Whether you're looking for a one-time reset or ongoing emotional support, EFT offers a safe space to land and be held.

Sessions are held virtually and are available as single sessions or multi-session packages.
