Certain things are fun to do with others. Lifestyle changes is one of them. It can be very lonely and isolating when you are trying to do new things or unlearn old habits. This is when being with a group of other women with the same goal as yours is helpful. Research shows that groups outperform individuals over 80% of the time. This could be an opportunity to find you tribe and have camaraderie of other women in a similar life phase as yours. Support each other, learn from others while they learn from you and perhaps make some new friends along the way. This is an experiential program with lots of hand-on work as you go through the program.
The program spans over 12 weeks and we meet for a live session once a week.
1. The first step will be to access the intake forms through your account in my app to be filled out at your earliest convenience. You will also be asked to log in the app everything you are eating and drinking for three days before the program begins.
2. During our first group session, we will review your intake form and assess where you are at in your health journey and get a good idea of what areas you would need to work on during the program.
3. Following this, each weekly session will focus on different aspects that impact your health and strategies for improvement.
4. During the final session, we will review your progress and decide the next steps in order to continue improving your health.
5. There will be plenty of support during the program through the app as well as a Facebook and WhatsApp groups
6. Upon completing the 12 weeks, you will get a 30 minute 1:1 session with me to discuss your progress, challenges and how you can continue working on your health goals. Remember, the road to health is a lifelong journey, and doesn’t end with our coaching relationship! Personal recommendations for health maintenance are given at this time. Pricing for these can be discussed as needed.
